Dr. Sarah Verrill, Savannah (Vet Tech), and the entire team at Lakeview Veterinary Clinic are absolutely wonderful! I brought in my 5-month-old rescue pup for her first visit today, and they made the experience feel safe, welcoming, and truly compassionate. My puppy had just arrived in Madison last week with an unclear history and she tends to be very timid and anxious around new people. Dr. Sarah and Savannah approached her with such patience and kindness, transforming what I expected to be a stressful visit into a calm and genuinely positive one. My puppy came out of there in a great mood, and did not even realize she received a vaccine! :) As a first-time puppy owner, I felt especially grateful for Dr. Sarah's thoroughness and care - she took the time to answer my many questions, offered thoughtful guidance, and authentically considered my input on the vaccination and wellness plan. I highly recommend establishing care here - this is a fantastic clinic for your furry family members!

Dr. Levins takes such wonderful care of our kitties, truly going above and beyond to be kind, thorough, and thoughtful. And any time she has been unavailable, each person I’ve worked with at Lakeview has been great. Highly recommend.

A great experience! Seriously. I felt prepared (first visit and they told me exactly what they wanted me to do ahead of time) and I have complete faith that they'll be able to guide us through the correct steps needed in order to move abroad with our dog! They were so nice and the clinic was clean and pleasant. They were so gentle with my anxious dog. Best vet experience we've ever had!

Dr Matt at Lakeview has been our vet for many years for three different dogs. He guided us through a severe life-ending illness in our last dog and was so thoughtful and supportive when she passed. One of our current dogs is highly anxious and he works with us closely to make her visits as easy as possible. When we’ve had to use a vet ER Dr Matt and his staff are calling the next day to check on us. Lakeview goes above and beyond. All of the staff and other vets we have met are just as caring and skilled. We love Lakeview and are so appreciative of how well they care for our babies!

I highly recommend this clinic for their exceptional service and compassion. The staff and doctors went above and beyond to accommodate my anxious dogs, ensuring they felt safe throughout the visit. Their communication regarding follow-up care was clear and thoughtful. A welcoming environment from start to finish! Happy to have established care here for our dogs ❤️

My surgeon and the entire staff at Lakeview Veterinary Clinic made me feel completely confident that my cat would come through her dental surgery in great shape, and they were absolutely right. She received excellent care, her dental health is now in a really good place, and they even called the following day to check on her recovery. I truly felt cared for every step of the way. It was a great experience!

The staff at Lakeview got to know our dog Apple pretty well over the years through frequent health issues. They all took effective and compassionate care of her throughout her life, all the way to the end, calling to checkin on her wellbeing, and always keeping her needs at the forefront. This is an amazing place and we’ll be forever grateful for everything they did for our beloved dog

We are delighted with Lakeview’s care for our kitties. Yesterday one of our cats had scratched herself raw. I called and they took her in the same day. Everyone from the front desk to the Vet Tech to the Veterinarian herself was kindhearted, friendly and knowledgeable. We got a plan of action and I can already see our sweetie feeling better. Highly recommend.
